I work intuitively. When I'm working with a client I am "led" to what the underlying cause of the presenting issue is. Then I guide my client to releasing the underlying cause. This creates a much deeper healing than traditional hypnosis. All of my hypnosis sessions are personalized. I rarely use hypnosis scripts. During our session we talk and I take notes and from those notes and with some inspiration your hypnosis session is created during your experience. It's very energizing! I do use a base script for smoking cessation. It's the best one I have found to stop smoking in ONE session and it's also personalized to your challenges and obstacles. The work that I do is an expression of who I am. I don't do what I do just to make a living, I do it because I LOVE it. Watching my client's face light up as they "see" in a new way is most fulfilling.

When I first came to see Michelle, I was six months into a recovery program for codependency and six months out of a two-year relationship with a married man. Every day I was battling mental and emotional demons that were threatening to consume me at any point in time. Emotionally I dont think I could have handled any more pain, any more tears than I was already living. Mentally, I was tearing myself down every chance I got, beating and hating on myself more than any person deserves. To say I had hit an all-time low would be an understatement. I was at the bottom. Death would have been a welcome relief. I learned about Michelle from my sponsor in recovery. I was already seeing small changes in my self-awareness and self-love by working the recovery program, but was still in so much unbearable pain that I jumped at the opportunity to further my healing. Having been to see counselors and therapists since I was in my early teens, I was familiar with how the process worked and even a little skeptical. But the appeal of this kind of recovery was that it would emotionally free me from my past. Making the appointment to see Michelle was the most hope I had felt in years. During my first meeting, Michelle asked me some general questions about where my anxiety stemmed from and what my biggest problem areas were, and along with some deeper probing questions that brought my emotions to the surface. We decided focused on my fear of abandonment and need to be picked by the people I love the most from my nuclear family to my romantic relationships. Michelle guided me through my toughest relationships, using her intuition to advance the tapping and healing process, and lower my emotional attachment from a 10 (what felt like was 100) to a 1. I couldnt believe it! I felt an openness in my heart space Id never experienced before, a freedom that hadnt existed. I could breathe. I could feel. I wasnt scared anymore. It was as if the tares were being sewn back together, one at a time. Granted, I had a lot of them. But that was ok, because now there was a solution, not just a problem anymore. I have had the opportunity not only to experience the healing Michelles EFT practice provides, but to witness the freedom, strength and hope it brings to some of my most dear loved ones. I am incredibly thankful for her and the rapid healing EFT has brought to my life.

Working with Michelle has changed my life. I went to her seeking help with my weight. I didn't realize how deep some of my issues were with my mom and after what seems like a lifetime of anger and bitterness I was able to forgive her and completely change our relationship. Our thanks to Michelle and EFT. Michelle has been working with my wife and I for a little over a year with great success. When my wife, Mary, first visited Michelle, she was using a wheel chair. After one session, she was able to get along without it. In the beginning we did 20-30 minutes of EFT, both in the morning and the evening, to keep her pain free. We now use EFT whenever we have any pain, regardless of the cause, from headaches to stomach problems to foot problems. It is also a great way of reducing stress from the work place. We have now moved to the phone sessions and are working on prosperity and our mind set about money. We have not yet achieved what we want, but do see lots of improvement. The phone sessions are a great way of doing the sessions as we can listen to them more than once. It is surprising what you miss the first time and can pick up the second time. Our special thanks to Michelle for such a wonderful help with our lives Smokey and Mary Berquist

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a complimentary consultation. Let's chat and get to know one another. I know that I get great results with my clients, but you don't know that. I also know that you may be a worried about finding the right practitioner for you. Let's just get to know each other and determine what your goals and challenges are. Then we can move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified Hypnotherapist for 14 years, Emotional Freedom Practitioner for 11 years. I have developed countless workshops and programs for my clients. I have developed a training program called Deeper EFT by Michelle Lee to help other practitioners to get the powerful results that I do with my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with women and men to eliminate fear of successfully stepping into their power. For instance, women will often sabotage themselves by failing tests (licensing tests i.e. Real Estate, Counseling). Sometime we experience a lack of self-worth which creates self-sabotage. I help you eliminate the emotions and experiences that lock in a sense of unworthiness within your subconscious mind, freeing you to experience the rewarding life that you deserve. Many times in order to release unworthiness, I lead my clients through healing past traumas including sexual abuse. Shame and guilt about past events can lead us to continued self-sabotaging behaviors.
