I was very happy with the service I received. The product they use worked great. I had tile grout sealed and tile cleaned after one year. They also cleaned the carpets. Everything looks brand new again. I previously had my carpets cleaned by another company and I really liked Lazona product better and my carpets looked really nice after they cleaned them. I highly recommend Maria and Manuel. She was very friendly and very easy to work with. She spent extra time fixing imperfections and chips in my tile. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. They know their product.

Every nook and every cranny - Lazona cleans even better than my granny! Wow - cleaning to the nth degree: This is it, the absolute, full head-to-toe-cleaning you dreamed of. I have been lucky enough to have excellent housekeepers for most of our many years of home ownership. Now, moving from out of state, to a new home required someone new with a top notch eye for detail and a lot of effort to spruce up our new home...particularly for our first pre-move in clean. I was on the look out for that someone who could really clean from top to bottom, without me having to spell out, and detail everything. I found em - ha, they even taught me a delightful thing or two re home upkeep in Arizona! Well need to do a small amount of construction, and being mindful of budget, knowing that Id need to do much of a clean over again in 3 months, I wrestled with my need to have a throughly fresh & sparkling home to move into from the get-go, and waiting. In the end, the thought of living, even a short while, in a somewhat musty and tired house, won out. Im so glad it did. My hubby is willing and very capable of much of this type of work, but not being in the area yet, was willing to have Lazona come in, with the idea that he would finish up after them. As it turns out, they left no stone, drain or light fixture or ledge unturned, and so he has absolutely nothing to do. Holy blessed goddess of grime - these guys took care of everything. Everything! My splendid but old cream Ladlows couch from 10 years and 3 homes ago, is once again a main attraction and has a new lease of life, We are both smiling ear to ear. Maria was professional and upfront from initial contact, punctual, super competent, refreshing, and - just all around amazing to work with. She really made our move happy and relaxed. The detailed reports of before and after, and pictures (tiles to be grouted etc.) and well structured invoice were super helpful.Lazona Restorative Cleaners are exactly what they say...and then some. Detailed & ultra thorough cleaning aside, Maria was a font of helpful information regarding the cleaning process as a whole, and was extraordinarily professional and friendly, with up-to/date communication via phone, email and text.Definitive One-Stop-Cleaning-Shop...I dont even know where to start! Deep, detailed and extremely thorough, full house cleaning: If it was there and could be moved, it got cleaned, if it was there and didnt move, it got cleaned....including the beautiful polishing of our older style kitchen counters (Note: in addition to their cleaning of our plain floor tiles beautifully, Ive seen examples of the floor tile polishing this company specializes in - they are professionally accredited in stonework. I was so impressed with how clean my mother-in-law's carpet came. Manuel came in and steam cleaned not only the carpet but the tile and was able to get pet stains out that I never thought would come out. I would definitely recommend him.

My wife and I recently bought a home with Travertine floors, inside and out in pretty bad condition. We called Lazona Restorative Cleaners to come out and take a look, and Manuel was beyond informative of what our issues were, how it all happened, and the process necessary to fix it. From start to finish their team worked to strip away the built up wax applied by the prior owners, repair holes in the Travertine as well as cracks to the grout, they were then able to completely change the grout color and polish our floors to an amazing clarity. This company truly knows their stuff when it comes to floors, and I reccommened anyone that wants a custom and very detailed job to give them a call.
