Luna's tiling responded very quick, arrived early and got to work right away. Not only did they do our tile they also removed vanity and tub. We were very pleased with work and will definitely hire for further work

Original review: (Approx. 08/2018 - Read the update!) I designed a shower - he and his team, brought it to life. We did run into a few issues, but Jose was always very communicative and addressed all of our concerns. The project was delayed by our plumber, and also some situations Jose ran into. Communication was absolutely key for us. ___ UPDATE: (02/06/2019) 7 months later, all the grout is breaking off in large chunks! The caulking is also coming completely undone and pulling off just with basic shower usage! We can no longer use the shower. In text messages with Jose (today) on potential 2 new projects, I shared my concerns about this project. We were THEN told that the tile we selected for the shower floor was the wrong size and that's why there are issues. This is the FIRST time we have heard of the size recommendation on floor tiling and it has been installed for 7 months! This was a complete scratch design that I connected with and had been approved by the installer initially. We didn't even buy tile or supplies until we had connected with an installer! If we had known there was an issue or a recommended or required tile size on the floor - that would have been an EASY fix, BEFORE the project started. Now we are having to spend additional time, lots more money and having to make extreme repairs on a newly installed shower that we anticipating lasting 10+ years. It makes us worried about the integrity of the rest of the project. It's with great regret that we even needed to come back to Thumbtack to update our review, which was originally very positive.

Not professional, kept asking for money everyday even after paying the agreed upon price. He installed around 1500 SF of outdoor tiles and some of them are already coming off, water drainage is not done correctly and did not seal the tiles -Quality of work is worst I have seen ever- it was
