Experience, Product, and Customer Service are extremely important in our industry. We have excellent results in all 3 categories
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process varies based on customer need and situation, but typically our process starts with an appointment with our water rep, who will actually test the water in the home, go over recommendations, and then pass over to our scheduling manager. Our customers always have “3” points of contact during the entire process, and we pride ourselves on our customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our water reps are required to complete and pass an extremely rigorous 40hr water training camp (industry first), our installers have over 20 years of experience and can tackle anything they may come across, in fact when “many” other companies have said “no” we have said “yes” and created a win/win for our customers.
