- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair. I am a small business myself and obviously need to pay my bills, but I am not out to over charge anyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a lot of questions before I write up a quote. The more information I have, the better I can assess what is needed. Some clients are very direct and have a clear picture of what they want. Some have no idea what they want or where to even begin. I like to work with both. One is a challenge to bring the image the client has in their mind to life. The other, helping the client find that image and supporting them with resources along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught through the school of perseverance. I have been through more online tutorials, classes and customer support conversations then I would like to admit.
