- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Bros Who Dispose Junk Removal, we keep pricing simple and upfront with no hidden fees. Every job is priced based on the amount of space your junk takes up, the type of material, and how much labor is involved. We offer free estimates and fair pricing, whether it’s a single-item pickup or a full property cleanout. Bulk jobs and repeat customers may qualify for discounted pricing, and we always try to work within your budget whenever possible. Dump fees are included in our quotes, so there are no surprises at the end of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and stress-free. Once you reach out, we’ll ask a few questions about the job and may request photos so we can provide a fast estimate. From there, we schedule a time that works best for you. When we arrive, we confirm the final price before any work begins, then our crew handles all the lifting, loading, cleanup, and disposal. We work quickly, treat your property with respect, and make sure everything is left clean before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve built our experience through hands-on work, customer service, and real-world hauling and cleanup jobs throughout the local community. We’ve worked on everything from small residential pickups to larger cleanouts and property cleanups, which has taught us how to work efficiently, safely, and professionally. As a locally owned, brother-run business, we take pride in being reliable, hardworking, and making sure every customer has a smooth experience from start to finish.
