Jim helped me fix a problem in the new house and his service was impeccable. He was later than expected on one day, but explained why and then took two visits to repair my repair: one to do the initial job and then a second visit to do the final touches and make it had finished drying right. The two days were a good thing. He was nice, liked my cats and I would recommend him.

We had Jim and his crew remove an old popcorn ceiling and put on new texture. The removal was done quickly, and most of the debris was removed the same day. Putting new texture on the ceilings and one wall took another three days. Overall the work was done well, for a fair price, and with the crews arriving on time. My biggest complaint is that more care should have been taken with tile floors and brickwork, and a more thorough cleanup should have been accomplished. But since the house was empty, unoccupied, and being renovated, I think the crew did not take all the precautions they normally would have in an occupied home. I was happy with the result of the work, and would hire Aspen Home Services again.
