Nate and Beth Z. says, "I hired Micah to install a Moen Flo Cutoff valve. He was very responsive and clearly knowledgeable. He was able to do the work within 2 days of my initial reach out. The quote he provided seemed very reasonable for labor and miscellaneous parts, as I was providing the main expensive device. However, the job ended up being more complicated, mainly due to the fact that I had asked him to also create a bypass circuit which was not the usual, and therefore, it ended up taking twice as long as he had initially anticipated. He gave me the choice to reuse some of the fittings that were already there, but recommended that best practice is to replace them, and that was my choice to have him to do so, hence increased cost for parts than what he had originally accounted for. The end product was really a work of art and he was meticulous and detailed. He offered to honor his original quote, which would have basically meant he did the labor for free. I did not feel right with that and paid about twice the original quote since he earned every penny of it. I would use Micah again without reservation for future jobs."See more
