I hired this team to look at some outlets and switches in my bathroom. The owner was great to speak to and gave me a quote over the app. The electrician, Anthony, went above and beyond to address concerns around the house in addition to quickly replacing the outlet and switches. I will be using this team for projects from now on! I did not receive a call when the tech was on his way, but he did show up within the timeframe I expected him, so all is good. Dom was fantastic. He was precisely on time, took care of business, and gave me some estimates on some other work that I would like done. He told me exactly how much the project he initially came to do was going to cost (no unnecessary callout charge). He cleaned up the old fan and disposed of it, and overall was the best person I have ever had to hire come work on my home, ESPECIALLY and specifically in projects requiring an electrician. My pricing will not include the tax until after the job is complete as taxes vary depending on locations. Please note that estimate prices do not factor in tax.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I ask a lot of questions at the beginning to paint a picture of how the job will work best. I will also ask for photos of the job site to create my process when I’m on sight.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed electrician not just for the state of Arizona. But also for the state of Colorado as well, having held a current license for 4 years.
