ABOVE & BEYOND!! Damacio installed a new outlet, he removed a can light and installed the proper bracket and wiring for the new light we will be installing & he installed a chandelier in a spot that had no light fixture. He was so easy to work with. He was on time, very professional & knowledgable. He answered a bunch of questions about some of the switches/outlets in our home that we have not been able to figure out since moving in 2 years ago. Damacio was quick, efficient & he cleaned up once he was done. To date, this is the best Thumbtack experience we’ve had! I’ve always felt nervous about hiring someone to do work in our home as you really don’t totally know what you’re going to get. I am telling you that this company lives up to its name. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I ask a lot of questions at the beginning to paint a picture of how the job will work best. I will also ask for photos of the job site to create my process when I’m on sight.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed electrician not just for the state of Arizona. But also for the state of Colorado as well, having held a current license for 4 years.
