Introduction: I create custom Facebook fan pages for my customers that are attractive and engaging. They include an opt-in form for collecting e-mail addresses, video, images, a map and really anything they want. As an additional service, I also manage their fan pages for them. For example, Kidz preschool in Las Vegas has three fan pages for their three locations.
I created their fan page and also regularly post on their wall for their fans. In the last week, they have each gained 20 more fans and by engaging the fans with fresh content and images, they keep them as customers.
