Todd at Skylink, Inc. was a pleasure to work with. Todd was responsive, professional and engaging while working through 2-separate security system installations on our home. At my request and with Todd’s technical input it was agreed that the second installation—a camera and NVR upgrade—was necessary.
Pricing for both installations was competitive. I greatly appreciate the onsite support Todd provided regarding the initial software setup and user interface programming for both installations.

I have had issues with my Amcrest system sice I have purchased it directly from Amcrest. Amcrest had replaced my NVR two times with used units. So I had skylink come and look at my system. I now have a fully functioning system for the first time. Skylink did an awesome job correcting the issues with my system. Skylink replaced the defective NVR with a New NVR.
