- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitively priced as a licensed bonded and insured plumbing company. We do not compete with handymen. Only professionals. We offer cash discounts and give special pricing for volume customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to do an on-site visual inspection of the project. Then we can accurately determine root causes of the issue as well as determine an accurate price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed by the AZ ROC as a commercial and residential plumber for the state of Arizona. We are also bonded and insured.
