- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Streamline Plumbing AZ we are always doing everything we can to give a customer the best price possible while not ever compromising on quality. There are often discounts that are factored in too (such as rebates on equipment, 10% off for seniors and veterans on most items, waiving trip charges for new and repeat customers, etc.).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is easy. It all starts with a call or text. From there we can come out and take a look or sometimes even do the quote via pictures over text. From there you will get a quote which we never modify or adjust (unless ofcourse the customer changes the work they want to have done). EXAMPLE: If we quote you an install and we need an additional $70 in parts to get the job done once we are there, we will finish the job at the original quoted price EVERY TIME.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have served a 5 year journeyman plumber apprenticeship. After this I fulfilled all of the requirements (including working 3 additional years as a journeyman) to then become a master plumber. Along with the I have completed annual continuing plumbing education and various training sessions on water heaters, tankless systems and water softening/filttration.
