This was the first time I used Thumbtack for a referral, and it was an excellent one. Mark Gendle had expert knowledge of my 26-year old washer and dryer. I was sure I would be shopping for new appliances, but thanks to Mr. Gendle's expertise, honesty, and a $140 repair (so refreshing, and he was very pleasant to boot), I should be able to get substantially more life out of appliances that were made when appliances were made to last, not fall apart every five years (I do realize mine have enjoyed an extraordinary lifespan, but I'll take it).

Mark was on time and fixed our dryer in a very short time. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Mark also diagnosed our dishwasher and we are scheduled to have that fixed as well. Reasonably priced, I am happy we called Mark. He works on weekends too.

Quick response ...out within 3 hrs but thus was because I need to have refrigerator cold so he could diagnose the problem without a second trip. Was able to find parts and fix in less then a couple of hours. 90 day guarantee on labor and 1 yr on parts at a great price. Thanks
