- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear, upfront pricing based on the scope of work, site conditions, and materials involved. Our estimates are designed to be transparent and detailed, so you know exactly what’s included and there are no surprises later. We don’t believe in lowball pricing that leads to change orders down the road. We also proudly offer discounts for active military, veterans, first responders, public service professionals, and teachers as a small way of giving back to those who serve our communities. While we’re always competitive with other licensed contractors, our focus is on fair pricing for quality work done the right way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. Once we understand your goals, we schedule a site visit to review the space, take measurements, and discuss options. After that, we provide a clear written estimate outlining the scope, pricing, and timeline. If you decide to move forward, we coordinate scheduling, keep communication consistent throughout the project, and make sure the job site is respected and cleaned up when the work is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings decades of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and specialty installations. We’re a licensed and insured contractor in Arizona, and our background includes working under established general contractors, managing job sites, and adhering to safety, code, and quality standards on every project.
