- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-We offer discounts for Veterans & Senior Citizen! -Our pricing is flat, we don’t stick you with an unexpected bill!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically come out to the home, take a look at what needs to be done and then go over a price. If the price works for both parties, we usually begin the work the same day. If there are parts that need to be ordered, we sometimes have to wait for them to come in and then we may begin. Either way, we will keep you in the loop the entire time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, bonded and insured. We do not cut corners and our employees are all W-2 employees so they will always be covered under our license. We do things above and beyond the legal requirements in AZ.
