Stop scrolling and let me tell you about Larry Melton. Never will you ever find anyone with more customer service skills and a passion for getting the job done right than Larry. As a new home owner, and someone who's knowledge of basic plumbing extends as far as a simple google search, I needed someone who not only expertly knew their trade, but was also an honest person that wasn't going to take advantage of that lack of knowledge. Larry treated me like I was a friend, explained the issue to me, and followed up multiple times to make sure everything was the way it should be. Don't even attempt to find a better company than AZ Water Systems. They're what other companies dream of being when they grow up.

We had Larry work on out last home to do some inspection work before resale, and we were very pleased with his follow-up and professionalism. I asked Larry if he installed soft water systems, and RO systems, as we were going to need this in our new home, he said yes, and told me to let him know when we were getting closer to moving into our new home, that he would stop by the new home and check out what we needed.That time came and I called Larry, as usual he answered on the second ring and we met out on the new home jobsite. I had some questions about the systems in particular and the installation, and Larry was very complete and informative about all the questions I asked. Larry provided a detailed quote and price for both the soft water system and the RO for the kitchen. We picked a date, and Larry showed up on time as usual. The installation went very well it was extremely detailed and clean work, and everything worked as planned.A few weeks later I noticed that the water did not seem like it was softened, so I called Larry, he said he had an opening in the afternoon, and would drop by and check things out. He did show up as planned and checked out the system, made some corrections, and told us to check what we thought in a day or so, we did and still water did not seem softened, Larry actually called us back to check on what we felt, told him seemed still not softened. He was back out the same day, found a defective hose deep in the softener and replaced the compete tank no questions asked. People this is service, no arguing, no questions asked and trustworthy. We were pleasantly surprised at how great this business treated us!Larry is a true professional and is very trustworthy. His professionalism is above and beyond most I have experienced.If you are looking for a trustworthy, fair priced professional that does what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-We offer discounts for Veterans & Senior Citizen! -Our pricing is flat, we don’t stick you with an unexpected bill!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically come out to the home, take a look at what needs to be done and then go over a price. If the price works for both parties, we usually begin the work the same day. If there are parts that need to be ordered, we sometimes have to wait for them to come in and then we may begin. Either way, we will keep you in the loop the entire time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, bonded and insured. We do not cut corners and our employees are all W-2 employees so they will always be covered under our license. We do things above and beyond the legal requirements in AZ.
