- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What type of insects, how long of trouble, size of home and lot size. How often to provide service. We offer one time, monthly, bi- monthly, and 1/4 ly. All prices are different and if we can control your concern on that type of service time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our field requires us to renew every year with 6 hours. So you can ask how long they have done service and figure 6 hours each year. A 2 year tech will never be the same as a 20 year tech. Or do they have the knowledge support.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was laid off from construction in the early 80s. Newly married and just had our first child. Loved being outside, well 24 years later here I am in my own business. I worked for a large company for 9 years that said they cared for the customers. Well do I need to say more.
