Working for Chavez Boys Security, L.L.C. is great because it feels like a real brotherhood. You aren't just another body in a uniform or a number on a giant corporate spreadsheet. Since it's a smaller, tight-knit outfit, everyone looks out for each other on shift, and you actually know the guys you're working with.
Another big positive is having direct access to leadership. There is no endless chain of command or corporate hoops to jump through. If you have a scheduling issue, a problem at a post, or need to talk about gear, you can usually just call or text the bosses directly and get it squared away right then and there. They actually notice when you work hard and hold down the line, which makes a huge difference compared to working for a massive company where headquarters is halfway across the country
