FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. Continuing education is a must as this industry is constantly evolving. All too often I obtain clients through bad practices that are being employed by all of the fly by night cleaning companies that offer really low or flat rate carpet or tile cleanings. We pride ourselves for being on the cutting edge of new technology in the floor cleaning industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a kid, my dad encouraged my brothers and I to work with our friends Dad who owned a carpet cleaning company. This sounds like something cps may not like to hear. But at a young age I would help my friend and his dad with the family carpet cleaning company on various projects. For instance, we cleaned a school for my first experience at the age of 14. Throughout the rest of my school days I would help on occasion, always asking about the process asking why we used certain solutions on one carpet and not the other, if I could run the machine etc. After graduating I got a big boy job and worked my way up through the latter. Uncertain about the direction of the company I was working for, I saved enough money to start my own carpet cleaning company and never looked back.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that we handle are a split between tenant move outs and routine carpet cleanings in residential homes.
