- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding the best option for the homeowner that’ll fit their wants and needs within their budget. I don’t like to be a salesman so I’m always upfront about what needs to be done and if they want extra upgrades I give them my opinion and allow them to decide what they want to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Arkansas for the Ultimate Tech academy Program for service diagnostics, I have my EPA Certification from the 1st Company I worked for. I have 4 years total worth of experience now of field training of major repairs. 4 summers of service diagnosis.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After getting out of the service my brother worked as an office manager for an HVAC company and offered me a job and I’ve loved it ever since. I truly have a knack for this line of work and want to provide the best service for Homeowners that’s within their budget.
