I learned when searching for someone to fix your AC -- the most important quality you should look for isn't price, but integrity. Most AC repair people I found on thumbtack would just tell me to replace my entire unit just so they could make more profit Marcus, however, is different. Marcus is honest, has high integrity, ethics, and truthfulness -- which is reflected in his military background. He gave us all the different repair options with their different price points and probabilities of success.
