We had a huge problem with our A/C unit a couple of weeks ago, it had to be replaced immediately and it was 110 degrees here! This was the day before we were to leave on vacation and fly out of Phoenix, Sky Harbor. We had 9 family members who needed to spend the night here at our home with no A/C !Ellisworth Home Services stepped in and secured 4 rooms for us at a local motel and while we were on vacation they replaced our complete A/C unit, top to bottom.We used HHR Home Watch Services in Mesa, AZ to open and close our home so Ellisworth Home Services could get in and do the work. Steve & Denise of HHR Home Watch Services were fantastic. They took care of our home as if it was their own.When we returned to our home, it was a cool 72 degrees and everything was back to normal. What a blessing to have such wonderful people and services available.Please, don't leave your home alone, use HHR Home Watch Services if your going to be gone and use Ellisworth Home Services if you have any problems with your home or your A/C unit. Update: Just had Colton Ellsworth come out and do a plumbing inspection and he flushed my water heater and adjusted the temp! He also gave me a lot of great information and took his time answering all my questions thoroughly and was very friendly! So happy to have found a reliable plumbing company that I can trust! Highly recommend! Top notch service from both the AC & plumbing from this nice family owned business!Donn Busch from Ellsworth Home Services was absolutely fantastic!!! I totally expected him to try to sell me a new unit immediately but instead he greatly educated me, took the time to patiently answer all my questions, AND repaired the existing unit at a fraction of the price! I appreciated him so much that I eagerly signed up for the maintenance program because of his excellent customer service & also the maintenance program made a lot of sense financially being that it is at a good price!

I couldn't figure out why my AC wouldn't kick on at the beginning of this summer season, but I called Ellsworth and they sent a technician same day to diagnose (and showed up earlier than expected which was great). Donn was very quick to figure out and explain the issue was was a blown motor, and he took care of getting the new motor selected. The next technicians (Martin and Jake) came out a few hours later and installed the new motor in less than an hour, and my AC was running beautifully within the day. I'm very thankful for the skill and efficiency Ellsworth brings to their customers and I'm very happy, will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future AC tasks!
