Our pricing is competitive and transparent, based on the going market rates for professional, licensed electrical and plumbing work in the Phoenix East Valley. We offer upfront quotes with no hidden fees, and we’re happy to walk you through your options before starting any job. Here’s what you should know about our pricing: 💡 Electrical service calls typically start at $125–$175 depending on the scope (e.g., ceiling fan install, outlet troubleshooting, panel upgrade). 🚿 Plumbing repairs or fixture installs range from $135–$250, depending on materials and complexity. 🧾 We do not charge trip fees within our regular service areas (Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, Tempe). ⚠️ A 3% transaction fee applies to credit card and Square payments; we also accept Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App with no extra charge. 💸 Discounts available: 15% off for veterans, seniors, and first responders Bundled pricing for multiple service items Seasonal specials on panel upgrades, EV chargers, and water heaters Our goal is to deliver licensed, code-compliant work that’s done right the first time—without breaking your budget. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free—whether you need a quick repair or a full remodel. Here’s how we work with new customers: Quick Response & Free Estimate Once you reach out, we respond quickly—often within minutes. We'll ask a few questions to understand your needs and provide a clear, upfront estimate (either by phone, text, or in-person if needed). Schedule & Confirm the Job We’ll work around your schedule and lock in a day/time that’s convenient for you. You’ll receive a confirmation with details of the work to be done and what to expect on the day of service. On-Time Arrival & Professional Service Our licensed techs or remodeling specialists show up on time, treat your home with respect, and walk you through the job before and after. We use clean, code-compliant methods every time. Job Completion & Walkthrough We never leave a job unfinished. After completion, we do a full walkthrough to ensure you’re 100% satisfied and answer any questions you may have. Easy Payment & Follow-Up We accept multiple forms of payment (Zelle, Venmo, Square, Cash App, etc.) and send a digital invoice for your records. You’ll also receive a follow-up to ensure everything’s working perfectly—and we always welcome feedback. From a ceiling fan install to a full bathroom remodel, we’re here to make it smooth, affordable, and done right the first time.

I have over 18 years of hands-on experience in the electrical, plumbing, and remodeling trades, with thousands of successful residential and commercial projects across Arizona. I’m a licensed contractor in the state of Arizona, holding both: ⚡ CR-11 Electrical License – for all residential and commercial electrical work 🛠️ KB-2 Dual Residential & Small Commercial License – for general contracting, remodels, and plumbing In addition to licensing, I’ve completed advanced technical training in: Electrical code compliance (NEC standards) Panel and service upgrades Energy-efficient lighting and smart home installs Tankless water heater systems and plumbing reroutes OSHA jobsite safety My real education, though, comes from nearly two decades of solving problems on real job sites—earning trust through craftsmanship, precision, and care. We continue to stay current with Arizona code updates, safety protocols, and industry best practices, so every job is done right the first time.
