When Reilly arrived, we walked the job, explaining to me each and every step along the way.He kept me informed as he was working his way through the termite treatment process and installation of devices.At the end, he reiterated again what he did, the different warranties with this solution. Encouraged me to call if I had any questions, comments, or concerns there after the fact. Riley did an awesome job in treating our home for termites, he worked efficiently and cleanly. I feel much more confident in his work than the previous company that had serviced our home for the same problem. Colton walked me through the service prior to Riley do the workboth extremely professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Firehouse for any of your pest needs.

We chose Firehouse Pest for our termite treatment after getting other estimate. They offered a more comprehensive treatment plan at a reasonable price. The customer service was just great super helpful, Vanessa was very nice and put my situation to ease. Riley our treatment specialist was a nice guy and super professional. He informed me he was there and walked me through all the treatments before doing them. He washed away the tunnels , he was very thorough. I will be recommending them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you ever find any kind of pest after we treated we come back at no cost. Lastly, if you are one of our customers and you refer someone you get a free month.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we would love to get to know you besides just getting your contact info and coming to spray your house. Here at firehouse pest control genuinely care about the people we take care of and we’re not just here for pest control.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2017, but we have been taking classes and lots of training related to pest control for a long time now. We wanted to be very knowledgeable and professional once we started this business so we feel very confident in everything we do.
