I have had worked on and off previously with Paige while I had another personal trainer and did mainly boot camp classes with her. However, I finally made a permanent switch and have never been happier! I chose to switch to Paige for numerous reasons. While a bootcamp member she always took the time between classes to ensure I understood the movements, asked me about my nutrition, and always followed up with me. She cared not only about me getting results, but getting results the right way. Paige takes the time to learn your goals, strengths, and weaknesses. She works with you on your nutrition, around any potential disabilities (I had a walking boot on and still got a great lower body workout), and makes the workouts fun and interesting. She has also really helped me with my nutrition. I previously had lost 110 lbs and created some unhealthy views about nutrition and my world revolved around my one cheat meal a week and I would feel guilty and workout crazy afterwards. Paige really took the time to explain how food works for the body in terms of working out, eating in moderation, and generally changing my habits for the good.

You can tell Paige really cares about her clients and is really passionate about fitness. Her breadth of knowledge is impressive and she's able to motivate without making you feel judged. I highly recommend her. :)

Paige is a thoughtful, well-rounded coach. She invests in her clients by continually expanding her knowledge base and bringing the most up-to-date, relevant fitness, nutrition, and wellness information to the table. Her influence extends beyond her time physically spent with you, as she is awesome about checking in to make sure that progress is being made. Furthermore, she understands the importance of influencing the mind/psychology to achieve success. I would highly recommend Paige if you are looking for a coach who truly coaches and supports you toward achieving success.

I worked with Paige to assist me on several levels: marathon running, triathlons, and injury recovery and prevention. She was high qualified, knowledgable and motivational. In addition, she would frequently "redirect" me if I faltered. She also focuses on the all-important mind-body connection, in addition to nutrition. I highly recommend her.

Paige is so awesome, she is an inspiration and she is extremely motivational. Paige helped me with losing weight and trying to get healthy. Paige was always on time and went above and beyond to call me and check in to see how I am doing. She really is the best.
