- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will always give fair pricing and this is typically one of the reasons our clients choose us over others initially. Then they are always happy to have their expectations exceeded especially for the price we offered. We typically ask for 50% of the total to start and the other half when the project is finished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a free, in person quote for you so we can see the space and discuss what you'd like done. We will give you a written quote for you to compare and an estimated date when we can start/finish. Then we will work hard to get your project finished before the projected end date. Once everything is finished, we ask for a review of your experience with us.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Neil has 10 year's experience outside of the US and 5 year's experience within the US. He has worked on projects such as the 1st Starbucks ever built in Panama and the Metro city Mall in Panama City, Panama.
