- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a complex pricing system. I offer a by the hour fee or a project one time fee based on the needs of the company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with the client and go through their company processes to understand how their company operates and come together to identify areas of improvement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
QuickBooks certifications and started working with the program in 1998. We have some Peachtree/Sage experience as well.
