What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fully transparent with no hidden cost. My pricing includes labor for me and my partner, all of the tools we provide, my truck and 16 foot trailer, gas for all of my equipment and tools, and dump fees as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by analyzing the customers needs and quickly let them know how we can tackle their problems. Nothing makes us happier than being able to give back living space to a customer that is being hijacked by old stuff.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Me and my partner I have over 37 years of experience.
