- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, project complexity, materials, labor, and overall project requirements. Every project is carefully evaluated so we can provide an accurate and fair quote based on what it truly takes to complete the job the right way. We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. We offer both on-site and virtual consultations depending on the size and scope of the project, allowing us to understand your goals and provide a detailed estimate. For larger projects such as full kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, or complete home transformations, we provide customized proposals that include proper planning, scheduling, and cost control from start to finish. We are not always the lowest price, and that is intentional. Our focus is on delivering high quality workmanship, strong project management, and a smooth customer experience that helps avoid delays, miscommunication, and costly mistakes. Project timelines and scheduling are discussed upfront, and we do our best to accommodate priority or time sensitive projects whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple, clear, and well managed from start to finish. From there, we schedule an on-site visit if needed to evaluate the space, take measurements, and go over details so we fully understand the scope of work. After that, we provide a clear and detailed estimate outlining the project. Once everything is approved, we move into the planning phase where we finalize materials, schedule the project, and coordinate all necessary steps before construction begins. During the project, we manage all aspects of the work including trades, scheduling, and quality control. We keep communication consistent so you always know what is happening and what to expect next. As we approach completion, we review everything with you to ensure the work meets expectations and address any final details. Our goal is to deliver not just a finished project, but a smooth and well organized experience from beginning to end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
