I had a very important event to attend and my hair/makeup stylist I had set up months before became silent, non-responsive 3 days prior to my event. She was on time and allowed enough time for two people, which was greatly appreciated. The hair and makeup turned out exactly how we wanted—beautifully done and held up well throughout the event. One area for improvement would be cleanup. After the appointment, the workspace was left a bit messy, and a more thorough cleanup before leaving would have made the overall experience feel more polished and professional. Overall, we were very happy with the final look and her punctuality, and with a bit more attention to those finishing details, the experience would be even better.
