- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is good for the to know about my price and my discount if their is a big party or a referral.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would try talking with them on the phone to find out what they wanted me to cook. And to make sure they are satisfied with my catering. If so I would try to make a date when we can sit and talk about all the plans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to culinary school in my early days and teach Home economics. Being cooking since I was 9 years old.
