Doug has done a spectacular job in a very short time. He is extremely professional, always thinking how to make it better. After giving our prior property management their 30 day notice. I was informed at that time that there were 3 apartments to be cleaned and 3 had been vacant for better than 3 weeks. He had them filled before the apartments were done. He is highly recommended, professional, prompt turn around and very easy to work with. He always arrives early for appointments, Doug is punctual, articulate and we cannot say enough things about him. We are VERY pleased with the quality of Dougs work.Jul 9, 2018
Being out of state we have to rely on Doug to take care of any issue that arises in a timely manner. Recently, we had a water leak which required quick resolution. He quickly got us several quotes from bonded professionals, then managed all the work with the contractor and even worked with the tenants to minimize the inconvenience. Doug made sure to explain all options and cost. Overall we were very satisfied with Doug’s performance and professionalism in what was a very tough situation.Feb 22, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is very simple, we charge as little as a $500.00 leasing fee for professional marketing and full lease up. We charge a percentage of the rent for the management fee, ranges from 8-10% depending on the property etc. That's it we like to keep it simple and clear with no confusing "hidden" fees. No upfront loaded fee's, no nickel and dime for everything we do and absolutely no markups on repairs. Full access to all the details in your owner Portal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We focus on you, what are your needs. Determining your needs helps all of us determine the best approach. We are proud of our extremely high retention rate and want to keep it that way. Upfront evaluation of the property, challenges you may have faced in the past etc will help develop a path for success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was licensed in the state of Iowa in 1986, that gave me a taste and desire of real estate. We moved to Arizona in 1998 for real estate in which I immediately took the 90-hour classes to get my real estate license. A few years later I took the 90-hour broker class's to open my own brokerage. I continue with 15-20 hours per year of education and numerous designations earned over the years. I have been Chairperson of the Regional MLS, a National Association of Realtors Board member and numerous local and State board member titles.
