- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. The EXPECTATION is the first thing we want to talk about to make sure we quote you on exactly what you want. 2. The ESTIMATE is next. We come up with a competitive price to get the work done for you. 3. The ACCEPTANCE of a estimate requires your signature as well as a deposit of 50% on jobs over $2500.00 4. SCHEDULE THE JOB- Once a ACCEPTANCE is made than your job is put on our production calendar. 5. INSTALL- ROOFHQ LLC will provided materials and labor to complete the job to manufactures specs and current building codes. 6.FINAL WALK/INVOICE-Once the job is completed and inspected and the homeowner is happy we will send a final invoice for the remaining balance.

I am a second generation roofing contractor with over 20 years of experience. I have personally installed almost every type of roof that we have in Arizona.
