Introduction: If you have a product that you want to develop that is mechanical (plastic, metal parts and assemblies) or elctromechanical, Sway is your company! If you are looking for someone to create house or plot plans, then you need an architect or civil engineer since this is NOT what we do. My passion is help creative inventors realize their ideas and develop their products. I am pleased to see that the American spirit of innovation is alive and well! Do you have an idea and just need some help with solid modelling work, prototype creation and perhaps technical development? This is where I come in! I offer engineering design services, solid modeling, analysis (FEA), sizing and stress analysis, product development and reverse engineering. I can design parts to be 3D printed, injection molded, thermoformed, fabricated and machined. I have several 3D printers (including the Markforged X7 and MetalX printers) capable of producing prototypes to verify form, fit and function in both plastic and metals. The speed at which prototypes can be produced significantly reduces time to market and allows for additional iterations in design for optimized function and aesthetics. I have designed parts in the aerospace and automotive industries as well as consumer product, electro-mechanical and medical device, in both commercial and military applications.
