We've utilized ProBest for a number of years and have always been happy with the results. They've serviced 2 houses we've been in as well as some commercial/industrial property work we've required. We've had issues with termites, bark scorpions, black widows, AZ Brown spiders, a bee swarm as well as general pest issues and everything has been handled well. They provide a service where they can train you to find scorpions on your property and safely take care of immediate issues on top of their competent service. They have a great blog with lots of information and are able to provide a number of other services - always best to ask Keith and I've been happily surprised at the depth of his skill, knowledge and range of services. We've also discussed a number of "green" services and I've been happy with their response. Seth and Rodney have been 2 employees we've worked with over the years and both have done an excellent job for us. They are fair, reasonable and always make sure the job is completed to our satisfaction - after years of service I'm extremely satisfied with their results.

My husband and I had the opportunity to meet the owner, Keith, on a recent trip to the Phoenix area. We spoke to him regarding issues we had been experiencing at our home in Florida for some time. He was very pleasant and shared his knowledge with us and some suggestions as to how to resolve our pest control issues. I must say that meeting this gentleman helped us with a problem that we felt we would never get resolved. I am most certainly impressed with the amount of knowledge he had and his willingness to help. One should be so lucky to find someone as knowledgeable as Keith to handle their quarterly pest management program with his "willing-to-help" attitude. Thanks again Keith.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bed Bugs have been a dreaded scourge to people in general for about the last 3-5years. They continue to spread across the U.S. at alarming rates and in all manner of ways. ProBest Pest Management has decided to incorporate several treatment options into place: 1. Inspection and Prep Sheet 2. Steam 3. Limited pesticide 4. Dust into cracks and crevices where Bed Bugs hide 5. Verifi system - Monitoring and Detection system 6. Follow up visits Please call for all the details - this is not a Do It Yourself situation, sometimes you may make it worse by driving the Bed Bugs deeper into the walls and other hiding places. Clutter is also a real problem, it allows the Bed Bugs access to hide and plenty of areas in which to stay out of site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Office of Pest Management in Arizona mandates 6 continuing hours of training each year. ProBest encourages all staff members to complete online courses from Pestweb.com and other sources as well as in house training monthly. We also conduct random vehicle inspections and inspections on various equipment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I think I was always meant to be in this business, as a kid I was always playing with bug. My Mom thinks that this is the perfect fit for me and I've spent close to 20 years so far dealing with termites and pests. I've also have the opportunity to spend some of that time in Australia, Japan, Mexico and New Zealand dealing with critters as well as most of the USA.
