FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer referrals but working with new clients expands this opportunity. I appreciate the trust that my clients have instilled in me to allow me the opportunity to treat their home as a canvas. I love to provide ideas but I can also follow instructions of an already planned project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education relates to other areas of knowledge but does include business management, I'm a LMT, no longer certified but did my EMT b training, and a certified survivalist trainer. After 25+ years of on-the-job experience, and at one point managing 55+ employees, my reputation is well established and honorable in the Valley of the Sun. I have been blessed to have left my mark in the remodeling industry, especially flooring.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had to help support my family working 2 jobs at the age of 10. I had my own checking account and bought my own school clothes while still in elementary school. This work ethic, which I didn't realize at the time, has blessed me with skills of the trades industry and provided a future doing what I love.
