- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are generally standard prices but services are not always standard and prices may vary based on a number of variables associated with each project. Depending on the specific needs of each client, prices may increase, decrease or the scope of a project may change. We provide a summary of what is included in service with every quote that we send. Don't hesitate to ask if you're project is unique and you think that it may increase or decrease the quoted price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe it is important to be on the same page as a prospective client and take the time to listen, to the client to gain a thorough understanding of what the client needs, or more importantly, what a client wants. I am focused on client satisfaction above all else and I believe in finding the most efficient and effective solutions by working with each prospective client.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential, Small Businesses, Big Businesses and everything in between. Every client is unique and service should always be performed to meet their specific individual needs.
