- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40 per hour of instruction for lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set a convenient time for the student's lessons. On the first lesson discuss how much experience the student may have and what goal(s) they would like to accomplish taking the lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I taught at the Shandong Normal University in Jinan, China for 25 years using the Suzuki method and then as a private tutor in my home for 5 years before moving to the United States in 2015.
