I had a great experience working with these guys. They turned my nightmare into something manageable. Jeremy handled the water clean up very professionally and kept me updated until everything was dry. Then Tate, Krystal and Jason handled the reconstruction with great communication and explanation of the whole process. Im very pleased with their work, Ill be recommending Exact to friends and family.

Exact is amazing. I have had to use them a few times now. Most recently, we had a slab leak scare (luckily it wasn't!) and Jeremy Santa Cruz came over within minutes of my call and did a full sweep of the house looking for any potential water sources. Checking for moisture in every single place we could have issues and recorded it all just in case we had to involve insurance. I couldn't ask for a better company that cares about their customers!
Exact Construction and Restoration's reply

I recently had the pleasure of networking with Exact Construction and Restoration, LLC, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and dedication to quality. When a leak caused significant damage to our upstairs bathroom, Exact Construction promptly assessed the situation and provided a comprehensive plan for restoration. Their project manager, Mike Flicker, coordinated seamlessly with both their in-house staff and subcontractors, ensuring that every aspect of the repair was executed flawlessly. Mike was always available to address any questions or concerns, providing clear communication throughout the process. For anyone in need of restoration services, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Exact Construction and Restoration, LLC. Their licensed, bonded, and insured team, combined with their A+ BBB rating and IICRC certified technicians, make them a top choice for any restoration project. Angelo Villalobos is a phenomenal point of contact for any and all questions of services and scope of work to be performed.

This company has been absolutely great to work with. They have treated our place just like they were repairing their own home! Stan has been great to work with and Drew too! They go above and beyond to get things repaired and back to its original state! I cant say enough good about them! Thank you so much for your professionalism! It has been a slow process but everything was done right! If something was done not quite right they came in and it was repaired right away. I highly recommend this company. We had quite severe water damage and it looks all new again! Thank You!! And thanks to Stan and this company again!!
