- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have established pricing but try to remain as flexible as possible. I am willing to negotiate my fixed pricing for those customers on a tight budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with a customer (in person if possible) to go over expectations, timelines, scripts, storyboards, etc. I prefer to do a walk through of the filming location to get an idea on lighting, backgrounds, noises and distractions, etc. But mostly I like to get to know a new customer and establish a relationship with trust to allow for straight and honest communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am completely self taught through working along side industry experts and a decent amount of trial and error. I attend seminars both online and in person when they are local. I discovered I have a natural ability for both the creative and technical aspect for video and photography which makes any learning on the subjects easy for me.
