I had the pleasure of having Lindy perform a sound bath and yoga class for my bachelorette party. It was absolutely incredible! Well planned, well managed (even with a group of 18 people who struggled to settle down) and just overall such a good idea for our event. “Miss Lindy- as we call her, has been working with us for the past year and it has been the greatest blessing to our daughter. Miss Lindy works with her on mindset, breathwork, yoga and nervous system regulation. All of the tools she has taught our daughter has made her transition from kid to preteen so smooth and has given her the confidence to be herself. Sessions with Lindy are priced at $120 travel fees and extra soul fees may be applied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first appointment as a private client together lasts from 60-90 minutes. We will discuss any areas of concern, your hopes and goals and anything else that you want to share that will help you to get the right program specific to your needs. For private parties: We will communicate all of the specifics about your very special event either through email or on the phone/text. Day of your event I will arrive early with all equipment required and we will have the best session of your life!
