Eddie did not do what he said he would do. He said he would finish the project quickly, not ask for the remaining 50% payment until it was completed, and would do a good job and not leave us in the lurch like the last contractor. Paid partial before start even though it was all labor job, and then when halfway done finagled the full balance by going behind my back to get payment and then never finished. Many excuses but end result is two months after paid in full per agreement and still no completion of driveway pavers.
