- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and based on the quality of labor, materials, and craftsmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would first schedule an in home visit to see the space and evaluate it on-site, such as measuring the bathroom, checking the plumbing and electrical, and any other structural details. Then, we provide a written estimate with labor, materials, and timelines. Next, we guide the customer through choosing their materials and we provide a 3D design if necessary. Finally, we make agreements, sign contracts, review payments, and schedule the start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of hands-on experience remodeling bathrooms, from small upgrades, to full tear-outs and rebuilds. Contractor's license: CR-61 Carpentry, Remodeling and Repairs. ROC 350725
