They were the quickest out to my house to service my air condition that was not cooling and they actually cared about getting me into cooling more than they did about getting a sale these were amazing people I recommend them wholeheartedly!

WE OWN 65 UNITS THROUGHT OUR PROPERTIES AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER COMPANY. BEFORE THEY WERE CALLED AUSTIN AIR, I WAS TOLD BY THE LARGE COMPANY i HAD TO REPLACE & THE AUSTINS GOT ME UP & RUNNING THE VERY NEXT MORNING FOR A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS. THAT SAME STORY HAS REPEATED A FEW TIMES ONLY BECAUSE THEY GET BACKED UP , BUT NOW WE KNOW IT IS WORTH THE WAIT TO USE THEM ONLY.
