Thank you for taking the time to review my services. I am a licensed service tech with over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. In that time I have had extensive training through brand specific equipment all the way to inverter and multi head split systems. I have certifications as a Master Heat Pump tech, NATE, EPA, Green Council, and Total Immersion to name a few. In my fist 5 years I focused on industrial install and later applied my knowledge as a service technician. This gave me the necessary background to identify key airflow issues and understand the manual J & D for heatload calculations and duct design. Ive installed, serviced, and maintained anything from water source heat pumps to multihead minisplits and everything in-between. Rocky went beyond the ordinary to assist me in obtaining the air conditioner I desperately needed this past summer--including calling the company responsible for building the unit and providing them with video documentation of the problem. He was honest, punctual, kind and made a stressful time more tolerable during an Arizona summer. I can't recommend him highly enough.

A few years back, two of my units went out. After two other companies came out and did nothing other than charge me for service calls, I was fortunate enough to find Rocky. He came out and recommended I get my units replaced. He was very honest, professional, and competitively priced as well, especially for the level of service he provided. I ended up getting all my units replaced by Rocky and the install was done correctly. If there’s ever any issues (ex. old thermostats needed to be replaced), Rocky is always very responsive. If you’re having issues with your AC/heat, I would definitely suggest giving Rocky a call
