FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer starts with a phone call. We consult with the customer over the phone, learn about them and their needs to make sure that we are the right contractor to help them. Once we verify that we are, we schedule a home evaluation. During the home evaluation we discuss the customer's needs, and how we can meet them. We talk about the design of the work they need completed, and how we can make it look great in their home. From there we provide the customer with an estimate, and schedule a time for the work to be completed. Our installer team then shows up promptly, and on time ready to complete high quality, lasting work on your home.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers of all types and have completed home remodeling projects that work well for everyone. We specialize in working with customers with limited mobility. Customers that may have a disability or are growing older and aging in place. Our experience with accessibility remodeling is truly what sets us apart.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One project that I am fond of is a home accessibility project that involved redesigning a complete bathroom and combing another room with it. This bathroom was fully tiled, floor, walls and shower. It had a his and her's shower with a separate bath, separate soaking tub and double vanity sink. This was a huge project, but it came out looking absolutely beautiful. It was so fun that our team was able to design a bathroom that looked great, and functioned well for the home owners. The home owners were so happy with our work and it is one of our best projects we have completed yet.
