Raquel did an excellent job with my ceiling drywallrepair. She was very informative and thorough. She also accommodated my schedule and was very responsive. Excellent service starting with estimating all the way through project completion. Dakota did excellent work and cleanup could not even tell they had been there or the initial problem itself of the 10ft ceiling crack had even existed. I had PatchMaster do a drywall project on a recessed kitchen ceiling! They were professional in their approach and the job looks great! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the scope of the job--number, size, and location of the holes that are in need of repair. We ask that you have some basic information ready when you contact us such as the approximate size of the repair and some pictures if possible so that we can provide an accurate quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At PatchMaster our goal is to make the entire process of restoring your home easy. We use upfront pricing, instead of an estimate. This allows you to have confidence and accurately plan your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 9 years of combined experience in all the facets of drywall repair, replacement and finishing.
