- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour or by the piece, whichever works best for your budget! We offer discounts to active duty military/veterans, seniors, educators, and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It varies, however we cater to our client's needs and requests to the best of our ability. We do not write estimates over the phone, and oftentimes require a site visit prior to scheduling time for a project. Its a very necessary step that will save you time and money!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are veteran owned and operated, and have been working in the field for a long while, and all of our training comes from our experience working with clients throughout the years. If we can't do it, we will tell you and point you in the right direction.
