Operating his own business is not the only source of income for Devin. He has a regular 9-5 job through the week which makes what he does even more amazing, that is, juggling both responsibilities can be a nightmare if one isn't organized/equipped to handle that kind of responsibility.
Anyway, Devin's work quality is excellent to say the lease - he DOES know his way around the technical aspect of computers. I hired Devin as I needed to replace my old Windows 10 desktop with the 11 operating system. As I've never tackled such a project previously I knew that assistance would be required - Devin was the guy.
I would highly recommend that you consider Devin for the job for any of your future computer needs.

I don't know about anyone else but when your computer has been hacked you can't imagine the level of anxiety that goes along with it. While it took time to resolve this issue KDL/Devin dropped what he was doing and came to the rescue. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now, since I'm relatively new to Thumbtack, I'm only charging $75.00/hr with the intent of growing my client base. All my customers that receive this pricing now will be grandfathered in, and will never be subject to any rate increase. Eventually, my rate will be back to normal ($120.00/hr) I do work on a "Fixed Rate" basis as well. Depending on the job, I can give you a quote of what the total cost of the project will be.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Technology is hard. Even more so when something goes wrong. You can't be expected to know exactly why something isn't working, and it's hard to explain what's going on to someone who is technically savvy. I love when customers send me pictures. It allows me to see first hand what's going on, instead of the issue potentially being miscommunicated by a customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to EAU for General Business and Retail Management. Additionally, I have my Google Support IT certification.
