- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally like to meet and greet my new customers, and I will start asking questions about their needs and what they expect from us, in the meantime I like to Walk through the house with them and write down any special requests they have on mind, that way we ensure that our job will be satisfactory to the clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continue training our staff and searching for best techniques and the good quality of the products in the market to provide the best customer experience.
